An individual can assess his/her chances of Australian immigration by taking the general skilled migration self-assessment test.
Individuals who are under 50 years old, speak English fluently, and have sufficient work experience in the nominated occupation must score well.
Australia skilled migration point
Australian immigration points system allows candidates to obtain the required Australian immigration points. Candidates must meet the requirements.
International Experience Points (Experience outside Australia) – A candidate can be awarded points if they have three, five, or eight years’ overseas experience in the chosen occupation within the past 10 years.
Australian Experience:
An applicant may claim points if they have worked full-time in Australia in any of the occupations on the SOL.
Points can be claimed by the applicant if they have one, three, five, or eight years of Australian experience in the chosen occupation within the past 10 years.
International Qualification points (Qualifications obtained outside Australia): An applicant can claim points for a recognized qualification that is at least a bachelor’s degree or higher, or Ph.D.
Partner Skills The applicant can claim points for partner skills if their partner meets the basic requirements of English language ability, age, and qualifications as well as the skills assessment result.
DHA (Department of Home Affairs), an organization responsible for immigration, would consider candidates scoring at least 65 points.
